If you need to create a boot floppy to start the installer, this can easily be done from within Windows.
If your CD drive is set to auto-run, the startup-screen shown in the graphic will begin automatically when the CD is inserted.
If auto-run isn't enabled, you can launch this window by selecting "autorun.exe" from the "dosutils" directory of the Installation CD.
