Subject: Stunnel patch to build with Microsoft VC++ 6.

Hello,

I have created a patch for stunnel 4.04 to allow easy building on Windows
using Microsoft Visual C++ 6.

Two source files have minor patches made to them, the INSTALL.W32 is updated
and another two small files are added (Visual Studio project files).

I am happy for you to do anything you like with the patch. I'd really love
to see it go into a future release to save me the effort of migrating it
next time, and I'm sure there are plenty of other Windows users out there
who would benefit from this.
