How To Use

After you execute MemQuotation.exe, you can see a Main Window. In the top part of the Main Window, you can see the registered company name (trial version uses "Demo Limited Company"). In the bottom of the company name, you can see six buttons.

Before you write the quotation, you need to setup the items first. You can press [Item Setup] button, then press [Insert] button in the Item Listing dialog to create a item. You need to add item category and unit. It is recommended to set the first category as the main item. (Trial version includes a demo database file "MemQuotation.mem" and some setting. You can modify the cateogry, unit and item according to your company requirement)

After you have set up the items, you can return back to the Main Window, then press [Customer] button to set up the customer. You can press [Insert] button in Customer Listing Dialog to insert customer.

After you have setup the items and customers, you can start to create a quotation. You can press [Quotation] button from the Main Window, then press [Insert] button in the Quotation Listing Dialog, press [Select] button to select a customer, then start to add items and sub-items. (Trial version includes a quotation sample, you can read it as areference).

You can press [Item] button to select an item. The system will list the items of the first category. You can use mouse double-click the item to select an item. If this item will contain some sub-items, you do not need to enter the price and quantity, then press [Save] button to create an item.

You can select the item, then press [Sub-Item] to insert sub-items to the item. You can double-click the sub-item, then enter the price and quantity and then press [Save] button to insert a sub-item.

You can go on to insert some sub-items, then press [Close] button in Item Listing Dialog.

You can press [Item] button to insert some items, select item then press [Sub-Item] button to insert some sub-items. After all, you can press [Print] button to print the quotation. Finally, press [Save] button to save the quotation.
