Welcome to AdventNet SecureCentral™ ScanFi 4

 

ScanFi is a  centralized, web-based, non-intrusive vulnerability-assessment software for detecting your  weakest link , and that might well be the health of the assets in an enterprise, by scanning IPs for vulnerabilities across heterogeneous network infrastructure comprising switches, routers and operating systems such as Windows and Linux .

 


System Requirements

 

The minimum requirements for the system on which ScanFi needs to be installed are given below :

HTML client requires one of the following browsers** to be installed in the system:
  • IE 5.5 and above (on Windows)
  • Mozilla 1.5 (on Windows and Linux)
  • Firefox 1.0 and above (on Windows and Linux)
ScanFi is optimized for 1024 x 768 resolution and above.

The system in which ScanFi server is installed should have access to the Internet, with minimum connection speed of 56 kbps.

* - Hard Disk space requirement is dependent on the number of scans stored in the ScanFi server.
** - Browsers must have JavaScript and Cookies enabled.

 


ScanFi - Startup / Shutdown

 

ScanFi product comes as zipped file for Windows and Linux.

Recommended Additional Software
Uninstalling ScanFi Server

 

You just need to remove the ScanFi folder to uninstall Scanfi from the system.
