Perfect Screens

The Perfects Screens, a desktop management utility, can bring whole new dimension to working on your computer. The ability to arrange all your work to several virtual screens (desktops) gives you better survey on running and installed applications. Because running applications are spread out to several screens you are not confused by many overlapped windows and can switch among applications quickly. These applications can also be easily copied/moved from one screen to another. Each screen can have its own screen menu and application toolbar for fast launching and file access. Installation program automatically creates four basic screens for you: Office screen, File screen, System screen and Network screen. Most popular applications already installed to your hard drive are automatically detected and added to screen menus and toolbars.
The program is very intuitive,

Perfect Keyboard

Perfect Keyboard is a time-saving utility running under Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT operating systems. The program allows a user to create a file of frequently used phrases, paragraphs, e-mail addresses, macros, etc. and invoke them in any application just by typing a short abbreviation (text shortcut) or pressing a hot key (key shortcut). The Perfect Keyboard supports macro recording (keyboard and/or mouse events), has its own script commands allowing to insert time and date, activate a window, launch applications, manage files and directories, work with clipboard and more.
There are two versions of the program available:  more featured PRO version and simplier LITE version.

Use Perfect Keyboard for:

  1. Automatic text replacement - type text shortcut in any Windows 95/98 or NT application and Perfect Keyboard will immediately replace it with full, expanded text.

Tips how to save time using Perfect Keyboard:

Text replacement:

  • Are you typing your name, address, the same phrases, e-mail addresses, etc. several times a day again and again ? Create shortcuts (three or four characters long) for all this stuff and let Perfect Keyboard to expand the shortcuts you type to full text.
  • Are you often filling forms ? Create macros with default definition of all those forms you have to fill out (on-line or elsewhere), including date, time, etc.
  • Are you tired by selecting again and again appropriate file paths in Open and Save as.. dialog boxes ? You can create list of your mostly used directories and do not waste time searching or typing them again and again.
  • Are you a programmer ? Write shortcuts for your often used programming constructions and save time, avoid errors and unify your source code.

Macros:

  • Do you often repeat the same sequence of commands ? Record this sequence or manually create a macro that you can latter playback.
  • Do you sometimes need to delete particular unwanted files to make more room on your hard drive ? Create a macro that will delete all the files with given name or extension from the defined directories quickly.

Perfect KeyWords

Today, in internet era, there are a lot of information comming to us every day and reading all the e-mails, web pages, on-line documents and other files becomes time consuming.  Almost any web site offers you to subscribe free e-mail newsletter but information you are consitently getting are not always interesting and worthy reading.   You often read e-mail and delete it because you find nothing interesting in it.   From other hand you do not want to miss worthy e-mails or overlook an information rich web pages.

Perfect KeyWords helps you to decide if the e-mail you got or web page you entered might be interesting for you.  The main idea is very simple: Within Perfect KeyWords, that silently runs showing just an icon in the system tray,   you create a file of keywords that are interesting for you (keywords can be divided to several groups called vocabularies).  When you enter a web page or open an e-mail and want to know if it is worthy to read just drag the Perfect KeyWords icon from the system tray and drop it on the document you have open on the screen.  The Perfect KeyWords will "read" the document and searchs it through for defined keywords. If some keywords are found then they are listed in a window for you.  Depending on keywords found (or no keyword found) you can decide if the document is worthy further reading.  Using Perfect KeyWords you never miss important information but save great volume of time not having to read everything you get.

Perfect KeyWords features:

  • User can define unlimited number of keywords and group them logicaly in vocabularies (for example, Interesting software , Interesting companies, etc. vocabularies).
  • Three type of matching keywords: any, all, exact phrase.
