Python 2.2 Documentation, update 1
(29 March 2002)

This release of the Python docmentation is almost identical to the
forthcoming Python 2.2.1 documentation, but is being released at this
time due to an error in the HTML format which causes the Opera 6.01
browser to crash.  Formats other than HTML are not being released at
this time; they will be available as part of the 2.2.1 release.
Documentation for Python 2.2.1 may be used for Python 2.2; it is
strictly a bug-fix release.

Python 2.2 documentation in other formats is available for download in
the directory 2.2, parallel to this directory.
