ABOUT PAN

   This is the second beta of Pan 0.13.3 for Windows.
   The latest news and versions of Pan can always be found at
   <http://pan.rebelbase.com/>.

PREREQUISITES

   Pan requires the GTK 2.2 Runtime Environment to be installed.
   Todd Kulesza's GTK2 installer can be found at
   <http://www.dropline.net/gtk/download.html>

CHANGES SINCE BETA 1

   If you tried beta 1, you must uninstall the GTK 2.0 runtime
   and Pan beta 1 before installing this software.

   * upgraded from gtk 2.0 to gtk 2.2.
   * libintl install tweaks
   * minor improvements to install script
   * no longer opens a console window
   * removed complaints about ``mkdir ("c:\");'' :)
