Attached is a Windows localized message table resource file "mrtg.mc"
and a command line script "makeit.cmd" which requires the Microsoft
Visual C binaries in the path. After running the script you will have a
mrtg.dll (included in case you don't have VC to build it). The sample
"mrtg.reg" shows what's required in the registry to get Windows to use
the dll file. You can just "run" it under windows or for a silent
install use something like "regedit /s mrtg.reg" I think. Change the
path to the dll accordingly, it can live anywhere, doesn't have to go
into system32 or anything.
