1. Getting Started: A+ Grade Calculator is a program for a student to keep track of / calculate their grades at school. First, you must create a user profile, then you must login, then you must create some subjects to use, and you will have to add points to them (New Grade) to begin using them.

2. Creating a User Profile: To create a user profile hit 1 on your keyboard after starting the program (as the menu says), then type in your user name (it will also be the name of the file), hit <Enter>, then type in your password twice. Your user should now be made, unless you typed in your passwords wrong or something.

3. Logging In: To Login, just hit 2, and then type in your user name and password.

4. Using Subjects: First, you must create a subject, then you must open it. When you get more points, you use New Grade to add them. To view your grade, select Show Grade. AGC also keeps track of report card grades. To add a report card grade, select Add Report Card Grade. To view your report card grades, select Show Report Card Grades. To calculate, select Calculate.

5. Calculate: To Calculate your report card grades or normal grades, select Calculate within your subject. Select whether you want to calculate your report card grade (what you will need to get on your next report card(s) to get a final certain grade) or your normal grade (how many points you will need in order to get a certain grade on your next report card).

6. Modify Grade: Modify Grade is an attribute which raises or lowers your grade from the calculated grade. For instance: You always end up getting 2% higher than the grade that AGC calculates. You would set the Modify Grade for that subject to 2, and it would show you the calculated grade, and the predicted grade, which is the calculated grade plus your modifier. There is a Master Modify Grade which modifies your grade for all your subjects.
