code for the Tcl(c) Regents of the University of California and
other parties.  

Permission to install one (1) copy of the Fridu Tcl Extentions and its 
documentation for personal purposes and without fee, is hereby 
granted.  
 
Permission to install an unlimited copies of the Fridu Tcl Extentions
and its documentation for educational purposes and without fee, is hereby 
granted to educational institutions, provided that the above copyright
notice is reproduced in all copies and that both that copyright notice 
and this permission notice appear in supporting documentation.  
 
Commercial institutions may install an unlimited number of copies for
internal purposes only, and without fee, for an unlimited period of  
days, so long as each copy is registered and the copies

IN NO EVENT SHALL Fridu a Free Software Company. BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY
FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE Fridu Tcl Extentions, ITS DOCUMENTATION, OR ANY
DERIVATIVES THEREOF, EVEN IF Fridu a Free Software Company HAS BEEN ADVISED 
OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

Fridu a Free Software Company. HEREBY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES,

in the Fridu Tcl Extentions and related documentation as defined in the Federal 
Acquisition Regulations (FARs) in Clause 52.227.19 (c) (2). If you 
are acquiring the Fridu Tcl Extentions on behalf of the Department of Defense, 
the Fridu Tcl Extentions shall be classified as "Commercial Computer Software" 
and the the Government shall have only "Restricted Rights" as defined 
in Clause 252.227-7013 (c) (1) of DFARs.
