Finally, I Return...
Well, here it is at last :D THe first of three big musicdisks - Extinction I. There will be more to follow. This disk is mostly death metal style stuff, but the 2nd disk will be grind/extreme shit and the last one will be more thrash-orientated. OK, so this disk isn't totally deathmetal, but that intro is kinda cool, right? :)
Ah well, this has taken me a year to put together, so that's the reason behind some of the songs sounding waaaay better than others. A lot of it as just rotting on my HD, so instead of flooding the scene with loads of single releases, I decided that a better idea would be to "disk them all up". Hence why it sounds a little 'inconsistent'. I did try to mix it all better to sound more consistent, but I was just far too lazy to start rerecording guitar samples and shit.
Anyway, "The Descent" has already been released as a single, and it got good reviews and went straight to Metallurky no. 1 spot, so I guess it's time to release the rest of it :)

Apocalypse Inexorable is a sort of game-music type intro thing; you can imagine playing The Outforce or maybe UT to it. Son Of Nergal is much more like my old stuff and is probably the oldest song on the disk. It's from the 'A Living Nightmare' era I think. The Descent is a technical monster of a song that sounds like my band Endless Torment, but with lots more death metal influence. It's tight as a midget's cunt and rocks too :) Infinite Annihilation was really a corpsemetal sampleset test. It's not a bad song, but only just gets away with being vocal-less. No Room To Breathe was a demo song for an ill-fated game project that I was asked to do music for. OIt's exactly 1 minute long as asked and is pretty fast & furious. From Hell With Love is more recent and is possibly the slowest, heaviest thing I have ever written. It's trouser-soiling potential is impressive. The only way to describe the sound is HUGE. Noitulove Desrever is a bit of a backwards song (hint!) that falls into my recent style of technical death, and suffers from some un-tight riffs here and there IMO. Redemption follows a similar vein to From Hell... it's very Incantation-influenced and has quite a blackish edge and feel to it; again, a huge sound that is heavy as fuck, but this one is brutal too.
So that's a short summary; enjoy the disk! Feedback is much appreciated.
