Making a Backup Copy
Before you use The KeyMaster, make a backup copy of the
master disks and use the backups. The KeyMaster is not copy
protected, so make a copy and be safe. We ask that you do not take advantage
of the hard work that has gone into the development of this program. Please
do not distribute copies of the program to anyone else.
Starting The KeyMaster
Double-click on the application icon or on any KeyMaster
document icon, or drag and drop a document onto the application.
The MIDI Interface
The KeyMaster works with the MIDI interface built in to the
BeBox.
Help! Where's Help?
You can open this on-line help at any time by selection "Help" from the main
application menu.
Click on the keyboard icon at the top of each page to get back to the table of contents.
What to Do First
You should start out by entering information about your MIDI instruments.
Bring up the "Instruments" window and add an instrument for each one you
have connected to the BeBox.
You might also want to enter at least some of the patch names that you use frequently. General MIDI patch names are already available (NOT YET.)
After that, just try poking around and using the on-line help to see what's happening.
