-application that organizes your bookmarks.
In version 0.95 of Bookmarker you no longer use the Terminal.
Instead you double click on the icon.
The icon will popup a window
Quit quits Bookmarker.
Restore old Bookmarks puts your Bookmarks back into the
form of regular NetPositive bookmarks.
Update Bookmarkfile creates or updates your Bookmarkfile.
Bookmarker reads in all of the bookmarks that you have made with NetPositive and puts them all into one file that it places in your bookmarks. This file is a html document that has links to all of your bookmarks.
After creating or updating your bookmarkfile you will
be shown this alert:
Selecting no will keep your NetPositive Bookmarks intact. Selecting yes will move them to a directory so that NetPositive will not show them in its menu.
The next alert lets you choose what method to use for Bookmarks.
The experimental method pops up NetPositive with the directory /boot/home/config/settings/NetPositive/Bookmarks /boot/home/config/settings/NetPositive/Bookmarks/Old depending on if you told it to hide the settings. (If you said hide it pops up a Old) Now, if you click on one of the Bookmark files, NetPositive will try to read it just like any HTML file.
Bookmarker has now made them HTML files! Taking a quick peek at the source you see the HTML is totally weird. What's up with the Refresh tag. What it does is after a second or so it goes to the page that the bookmark is for. Try it out, also if you want to go back from the real page. Press back twice. (This means if you have a bookmark to Yahoo and click on Yahoo after a second it will go to Yahoo then, to get back to the directory with bookmarks in it press back twice.) This method is experimental and is not tested much. I think it will work though. If you select any of the other methods the Bookmark files will still have HTML written to them.
Stupid conventional pops up NetPositive with the bookmark file that is the same as the one the old Bookmarker made.
Startup file is really cool. It creates a startup file just like the one NetPositive came with. It also adds a link to your bookmarks in it. This one is the best! Use it, please.
The command line arguments now do nothing. Try to find the hidden feature (Without using the source!! ;) ).
