For those of you who wish to play with installing from CDROM, here is a copy of my
package_manifest and pkglist.  Download the files pkglistFORCDROM.txt and 
package_manifestFORCDROM.txt into a directory (where ezinstaller IS NOT installed)
and rename them pkglist.txt and package_manifest.txt.  Populate that directory with
the packages in pkglist.txt and then burn this to the root directory of a CDROM.

Then after you mount the CDROM you are ready to start playing with the CDROM installation
routines.
