Translations of the HTML 4.0 Specification

The normative version of the specification is in English. If English is not your first language, we plan to provide translations in other languages. If you are in a position to help with this, please write to Dave Raggett <dsr@w3.org>. We expect you to give us permission to republish the translated version and to allow readers to make copies without restrictions.

Note on Translators

The following lists the people who have volunteered for particular languages in the order in which they volunteered. The spec is quite long so translators may wish to share work on writing and reviewing translations. Please note that the draft spec will change during the review period, so translators may want to wait until it becomes a W3C Proposed Recommendation, later this year. We hope to make all translations available either on our web site or linked from it.
