   CPR No. Description
   ------ ------------------------------------------------------------
143354 (143354) : DBLIB , DBCOUNT returns the right value in
            11.1.1 as in 10.0.4

143005 DBLIB: Memory leak in dbopen(), dbexit() does not free
            all of allocated space

142679 DBLIB: The API dbcancel() now fully discards the
results set that belong to the cancelled query.

139661 DBLIB: dbopen() sets CS_VERSION_100 which makes dblib
incompatible with cpre 11.1. This has been corrected.

137959 DBLIB: If you set dbversion(DBVERSION_100) then do a
dbopen, it will call binddefault which will allocate a
couple of bytes which will allocate a couple of not
being freed. Now it will be freed.

134877 DBLIB: Cursors that operate on browse mode fails

134375 DBLIB : Unable to do cursor operations when keywords
such as "union" are seen in the cursor statement as
            literals

132229 DBLIB: dbpoll() returns indicating results available,
then dbsqlok() waits for results. The wait time can be
significant if the remote server generates a large
number of DONE events before the result set. dbpoll()
should not indicate results available until these DONE
events have flushed and the actual result set is
            available for the client.

131422 DBLIB: dbsafestr does not NULL-terminate the output
string if the source string is not null-terminated

122648 DBLIB: Return types of DBROWS, DBCMDROW, DBMORECMDS
have been changed to reflect what we say in our manuals
